Birthday Party FAQ
Q: Can we bring in our own cake and ice cream?
A: Yes. You are more than welcome to bring in your own cake and ice cream. We do have a large freezer to store your ice cream or cake products.
Q: What happens if we forget our candles or matches the day of our party?
A: We have a supply of candles and matches that we keep on hand for such an emergency. Simply mention it to your Party Manager and we can provide these for you.
Q: What food packages do you offer?
A: We have a hotdog package, which is $3.50 per person. This includes one hotdog, one 12oz. beverage, and refillable popcorn bowls for your table. We also have a pizza package. This package is based on purchasing whole pizzas at a discounted rate. One single topping pizza is $15.00. You may choose your single toppings for each pizza. Beverages are purchased al a carte style. Each 12oz. beverage is $1.00 each, 20oz. beverages are $2 each, 6.75oz. beverage is .50c each.
Q: Can I have a combination of both food packages?
A: Yes, if your party guests are having a hard time deciding which food package they want, we can combine them to appease their tastes. Prices are the same with our without combination. Call us @ 402-592-5671 to arrange your food combination package.
Q: Can we bring in our own food, if we don't want your food packages?
A: No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, if you'd still like to be able to feed your party guests, we suggest having a meal at your home before or after the event to sustain them. Typically, kids are more preoccupied with our activities, than they are worried about food; most of the time the cake is enough for them.
Q: Can we add a food package to our party on the day of our event?
A: We prefer that you make arrangements for a food package at least one day prior to your scheduled event, just to give our staff notice for how much food needs to be prepared. However, we understand that plans change at the last minute, and we remain flexible for such things. If you'd like to add a hotdog package, this can be done fairly easily. If you're interested in a pizza package, please be aware that these take longer to prepare. If you change your mind and decide to order pizza as soon as your party starts, you may be looking at a wait time of as much as 30 minutes before your food package will be ready. For this reason, we ask that you call ahead to order your pizzas as soon as you decide on that package, to allow us preparation time. This way the chance of the pizzas being ready when you are is much greater.
Q: Does the total number of guests include the birthday child/guest of honor?
A: Yes, this number should include him/her in the count. Remember, each package allows for up to 10 guests in the price.
Q: Do I have to pay for other people that show up for the party such as parents of guest, relatives, etc.?
A: No, our park does not have an admission just to walk in the door. Your extra guests are welcome to attend and observe the party. Should they decide that they'd like to participate in the activities, you have the option of adding them to your guest tab or allowing them to purchase activities on their own.
Q: Do I need to bring my own quarters for the arcade games?
A: You can bring your own quarters if you like, but we do have a change machine at our location for your use. Also, if you have an arranged party with us, and you'd like to hand out quarters to your guests, we can add this cost to your tab.
Q: What is the $40.00 deposit for?
A: This deposit ensures that you will get the table space you have reserved. We have many requests for parties, and some of them want the same time slot. In this case, whomever has paid the deposit first will be guaranteed their space. Deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to change the date or time of the party, the deposit follows it.
Q: Can someone else take my party's time slot if I haven't paid my deposit?
A: We try not to double book any one time slot for parties, so even if you haven't paid your deposit, you shouldn't have any reason to worry about loosing your reserved table. However, in the instance that we have a fully booked party day, and other people are requesting your slot, we will call you to give you a chance to either decline, or pay the deposit to guarantee your reservation.
Q: Can I bring in my group of kids to have a party if I don't want the reserved table?
A: Yes, you're more than welcome to do this. Keep in mind, though, that party extras (balloon decoration, paper products, etc.) would not be available to you if you haven't booked the party with us ahead of time. So, if you're not interested in any of these, you may bring in your group unannounced.
Q: Can I still have a table if I didn't book my party with you ahead of time?
A: Anyone that comes in can set up their party at a table that isn't reserved. However, if we have a busy party day, we can't guarantee you'll be able to find a spare table. Also, just remember that we offer our party extras (balloon decoration, paper products, etc.) only to those parties that book ahead of time and pay a deposit.
Q: Can I bring my own decorations for our table?
A: Certainly! We provide a table cover and a balloon bouquet. Anything else you'd like to add to your table setting is up to you. You are also more than welcome to bring your own paper products if you're going for a specific theme (i.e. Spongebob plates).
